Avios were launching their first ever travel insurance product. I was brought in to define the TOV and write all web, CRM, Social and Ad copy for launch.

I wrote the website copy for Avios’ new single-trip insurance, and their annual multi-trip cover, Wanda Plus.
CRM
Over 20 different email flows, I wrote all of the copy in the new tone of voice. There were over 40 different emails in total, each with multiple subject lines for a/b testing.

To help launch the product, I wrote the script that brought the new products to life. Travel insurance that’s packed full of rewards.
Tone of voice
A big part of this project was the tone of voice, which I lead on defining, working into senior stakeholders. Here is a sample of the final doc i produced.
