BACKGROUND
When Samsung launched the Galaxy S8 globally, they didn’t want to write yet another user manual. They wanted to create an interactive experience, instead. The answer was a chatbot that helped people set up their new phone and talked them through everything it could do.

I wrote all messages and replies walking people through each part of their new s8, using reply.io framework.
CONTEXTUAL RESPONSES
i also wrote an extensive amount of bonus responses, from random questions users might ask, to Humorous REPLIES WHEN USERS TYPED abusive words.
